Digital Product Policy

All products and services offered through English for Patient Care are digital educational materials, including online courses, downloadable resources, and training content delivered electronically.

Because these products are immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

By purchasing any product or course, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Access & Delivery

After successful payment, customers receive:

  • Immediate access to course materials and/or downloads
  • Ongoing availability according to the course platform terms

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, we will gladly assist in restoring access. Technical support does not constitute eligibility for a refund.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to a billing error
  • Proven unauthorized or fraudulent transaction

All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed at our sole discretion.
